Effective working hours per day: typically 16–20 hours per day for a two-shift system.

Example A: Annual FFB capacity of 10,000 tons, operating for 300 days, 20 hours/day, growth factor 1.3 ⇒ Capacity ≈ 10,000 ÷ (300 × 20) × 1.3 ≈ 2.17 TPH. It is recommended to choose a small 2–3 TPH line, retaining the expansion interface.
Example B: Annual FFB capacity of 80,000 tons, operating for 300 days, 20 hours/day, growth factor 1.2 ⇒ Capacity ≈ 80,000 ÷ (300 × 20) × 1.2 ≈ 16 TPH. It is recommended to select a medium-sized line of 15–20 TPH, with either two-stage commissioning or a one-time completion.
