This is a complete 100TPD palm oil dry fractionation system. The equipment boasts excellent quality and stable performance, capable of fractionating IV56-57 palm oil to obtain IV64 super palm oil. IV64 super oil is a liquid product with increased iodine value from palm oil fractionation. It is less prone to solidification at low temperatures, has a cloud point of 2-5℃, and remains clear and non-crystallizing at low temperatures. It has four main applications: food processing, deep processing in the food industry, daily chemical industry, and animal feed. Compared to ordinary palm oil (IV56-59), IV64 has a higher iodine value, more unsaturated fatty acids, and better low-temperature fluidity, making it a preferred choice for cold regions as it is less prone to clumping and clouding at low temperatures.
