Physical separation is performed in an environment far below the boiling point of the materials, efficiently removing free fatty acids, small-molecule odor substances, plasticizers, and fishy-smelling substances, while maximizing the preservation of the fish oil's nutritional activity. Simultaneously, the production line is equipped with a full-process intelligent control system, achieving automated and precise control of key parameters such as temperature, pressure, and material level, ensuring that core indicators such as acid value, peroxide value, color, odor, and harmful substance content consistently meet national health food grade standards.
