The conditions for transportation and storage of edible oil (such as: the temperature in the north is low in winter, the edible oil installed on the truck is easier to freeze, and the edible oil placed in the kitchen facing north is easy to crystallize. It is also related to the variety of oil. The freezing of edible oil will not affect its taste and quality at all. For ease of use, it is recommended that consumers keep edible vegetable oil at 20℃ in winter.
