Customized Process Solutions: Customized refining processes such as enzymatic degumming, anhydrous desoaping, and pre-recoloring can be provided for different oils, including peanut oil, rapeseed oil, and flaxseed oil. For example, for vegetable oils with high acid values and low gum content, a new continuous deacidification and deodorization process is used, offering superior deacidification capacity and refining rate.

Multiple Specifications to Meet Needs: Equipment covers batch, semi-continuous, and fully continuous types, with processing capacities ranging from 1 to 1200 T/D. Energy-Saving, Environmentally Friendly, and Low-Loss Equipment

Effective Energy Control: Waste heat recovery technology is used to fully recover heat energy in the production line to reduce steam consumption; the vacuum system uses a freezing vacuum or chilled water vacuum system to further reduce steam consumption and wastewater discharge. Simultaneously, the equipment adopts frequency conversion regulation and reasonable power allocation, effectively reducing electricity consumption. Green and environmentally friendly standards met: An odor capture device was designed in the bleaching cake blowing process to eliminate odor pollution generated during decolorization; the leaching process is equipped with an exhaust gas absorption system to reduce the solvent content in the exhaust gas, and the overall emissions meet national environmental protection standards. In addition, the decolorization process is carried out under negative pressure, which avoids contact between hot oil and oxygen, reduces oil oxidation loss, and inhibits acid value rebound.
