It has the advantages of low cake residual oil, low nuclear crushing rate, long service life of helix, stable equipment operation, convenient disassembly and maintenance, etc.; the helix of this product adopts special material selection and process, which improves the hardness and wear resistance and extends the service life.

The product adopts a segmented design, which improves the expansion efficiency, is easy to use and maintain, and saves costs; it uses a new material, wear-resistant cast steel, for precision casting, and then undergoes quenching and nitriding treatment, which greatly improves its wear resistance, fatigue resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance; it adopts variable frequency quantitative speed regulation feeding to achieve smooth and accurate feeding, is durable, easy to maintain, and has strong adaptability.
