1. Heating
Under normal circumstances, refined palm oil is in a solid-liquid separation state at room temperature. In order to separate palm olein and palm stearin, we need to heat the palm oil to about 70°C to destroy all existing crystals.
2. Cooling crystallization
Cooling crystallization is a relatively important step in the palm oil fractionation process. If the crystallization is successful, the separation will be easy. Therefore, we need to reasonably control the crystallization time and crystallization rate to produce stable, uniform and filterable crystals. 3. Filtration
